Abuse in Our Economy-Mini Hitlers
Hitler gained power by intimidation and brainwashing which caused fear and manipulated the majority of people into feeling that what they were doing to many people was justified or just deny it was occurring. Power and control can cause people to do things that are out of character normally. Abuse of power on a smaller scale can create similar conditions. Being verbally abused in a dysfunctional residential treatment center daily by my immediate supervisor did more damage then I realized at the time.
I allowed her to control my life becoming a victim due to circumstances. For 1½ years I took verbal abuse as I could not afford to lose my job. I had worked at this job for over 6 years. All staff had observed how she treated me told me to report her. Being without a job was not an option. One day I went to work as usual and then the words my immediate supervisor said “you’re terminated” put me in shock. I actually felt relief for a minute then terror stuck me like a knife in my heart.
Soon fear and anger set in as I was just “doing my job” it was gone. It’s ironic, don’t you think? This created fear in everyone which was my supervisor’s way of proving to all the employees that no one is secure. It’s no secret that the economy is currently very unstable and the unemployment rate is higher than it has been in many years. When a recession occurs everyone is affected even if you are not consciously aware of it.
As an unemployed American I have developed a whole new perspective about people and how they react in an unstable economy. I now know that people will lie, cheat and steal to keep their job even if there is a general consensus that power in the wrong hands can make people go against their values and beliefs by compromising their integrity.
Looking back I learned many things about human nature. Be it good or bad I will give it to you like this “Everything with a kiss." If this specific situation was reversed would I be afraid to speak up for a person that I worked with everyday for 6½ years if they were wrongfully being fired. Just to keep my job with a power hungry supervisor that was wrong? I wonder? Ask yourself this question today in this economy. I would hope I would maintain my integrity even if it meant my family would suffer.
Kelly Says, Would you risk your job today, in this economy, when you know it is wrong how someone is being treated by someone in power?

Create Memories in a Unique Way
Going through an old box of pictures and old movies my memories came flowing. They were happy and sad but only I knew the story behind them. Photos can't talk and if only I could find a way to change this. I thought what a waste of our life's history. I couldn't just throw them away, yet, I knew that they would eventually end up in the trash. How I could make the pictures speak and give them life was my problem? I always wished I could know the stories behind my grandparents old photos. I knew my family would like to know about my lifetime of memories.
Searching the web I came across a unique company called "IMemories" and it was the answer to not only my pictures and movies but also to saving space. This was the answer and I could throw 3 boxes of pictures away without losing anything. I was leaving a legacy of my life for generations to come. I could talk for the pictures passing them to my future generations.
One thing that concerned me was changing technology. Putting memories on CD would it get into new technology and still be there. No matter how fast technology changes they usually create a way to put old data onto new forms so this would be an endless collection for many generations to come. I now could let go and discard the old photographs and movies without fear. Kelly Says, Cherish the memories!

Ezine Articles Author-Moving Up!
I am now on my way to being a official Ezine Article Marketer and believe me it is a great accomplishment for me. After submitting my first article about 5 days ago I finally got the green light. It is exciting to know that I conquered a fear which was to write an article that many people will read. I have put in another article about Fear and I hope it will soon be accepted. I plan on continuing to write and do research on different products.
I want to try and build a list of followers. This is my next step. I want to gain your confidence and prove that their are honest people trying to make an honest days pay without any pressure or hype. I know it can be done. I was told that the money is in the list and slowly I hope to pioneer a whole new type of marketing that may change the course of internet marketing. Free is the Best
The web has a wealth of free information that can help you make money if you have the time to research. By studying good websites you also get a wealth of information if you pay attention to the layout of the type and remembering techniques that draw you in. One thing that you need to do to set your site apart from the rest is coming up with a unique way to sell. I see way to many similar websites and being a person that does a lot of research this gets old quick.
I believe that internet marketing constantly goes through changes and cycles. I have noticed that a lot of marketers are going in a new direction and they are trying to sell you their outdated software. Even after all the research I have done the main thing that I have figured out is that you have to build a list. Traffic means revenue and this is what helps you make an income. I really don't have to tell you this as I am sure that this is old news to most people but not to a newbie. Do your research before buying the first product you come to.
